ACT! has entered into a strategic collaboration with Green Bond Corporation (Luxembourg), a global capital markets and climate finance platform specialising in structured finance, carbon markets and large scale decarbonisation programme financing.
Green Bond Corporation operates within the broader Carbon Capital Corporation (CCC) ecosystem, a global carbon markets and climate finance platform focused on the development, financing and monetisation of large scale carbon and sustainability programmes.
Through this collaboration ACT! gains access to the capital markets structuring and carbon monetisation capabilities of Green Bond Corporation and the wider Carbon Capital Corporation ecosystem.
Green Bond Corporation has also been invited to participate in the ACT! Global Investments Committee and may support the ACT! platform with carbon project feasibility, capital markets structuring, investor engagement and carbon credit monetisation.
Together the organisations seek to accelerate the global deployment and financing of scalable climate technologies and carbon generating projects.

This multi-dimensional partnership bridges India and Singapore, combining ACT!'s investment platform capabilities with IORA's deep expertise in nature-based decarbonization.

ACT! VCC has appointed Azure Capital Pte Ltd as its MAS-Licensed Fund Management Company (LFMC). Azure Capital, led by CEO Terence Wong, is a Singapore-based fund management firm holding a Capital Markets Services (CMS) licence issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
As the licensed fund manager for ACT! VCC, Azure Capital provides the regulatory oversight, compliance framework, and fund administration infrastructure required to operate a Variable Capital Company under Singapore law.
Azure Capital brings extensive experience across equity research, capital markets, and investment management. The firm's principal, Terence Wong, has a distinguished track record spanning senior leadership roles at DMG & Partners Securities, SIAS Research, and multiple board and committee positions in Singapore's financial services ecosystem.
This collaboration ensures that ACT! VCC operates within a robust, MAS-regulated framework, providing institutional investors with the governance standards and regulatory assurance they require when deploying capital into climate technology investments.
