ACT! EarthGuard™

Scaling Nature-Based Solutions for carbon removal and ecosystem restoration with integrity, efficiency, and global impact.

Back to Solutions

Solution Overview

ACT! EarthGuard™ is a fund dedicated to scaling Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) with both effectiveness and efficiency, accelerating the absorption and sequestration of carbon from the atmosphere. Embracing a diversified, global approach, the fund operates across high-quality, integrity-driven voluntary carbon markets, as well as the emerging Article 6 mechanisms, including OIMP (e.g. CORSIA), Article 6.2, and Article 6.4.

By integrating the roles of project developer, investor, marketer, and trader into one global scale diffusion model, ACT! EarthGuard™ is well-positioned to become a leading force in carbon markets, driving a high-impact and diverse portfolio of carbon credit projects with a strong focus on NBS.

The strategy encompasses restoration of degraded tropical wetlands including peatlands and mangroves, bamboo farming, biowaste to energy, and education through Web3 gaming — all while operating across both Article 6 and Voluntary Carbon Markets. The Pre-Series A round of $4M (SAFE Note at $20M valuation cap) enables initial project acquisition and team build-out, with $50–60M follow-on at Series A to scale the portfolio to 94 projects across 35 developed and 59 invested.
